Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FieldBid (sole proprietor: Berkecan Aydinsan) handles information when you use the FieldBid iOS app ("App").

1. Information You Enter in the App

The App may store information you provide, including:

  • Business name
  • Business contact details (such as phone, email, and address)
  • Customer and estimate/project details you enter
  • Price book data (labor and material pricing)

2. Where Data Is Stored

FieldBid v1 stores app data locally on your iPhone or iPad using SwiftData. The App does not require a FieldBid account and does not maintain a FieldBid-hosted cloud database in v1.

3. Analytics and Tracking

FieldBid v1 does not use third-party analytics SDKs for behavior tracking.

4. Subscription and Payment Data

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. FieldBid does not directly collect or store your full payment card data. Apple may provide limited transaction status information needed to validate subscription access.

5. Data Sharing

FieldBid does not sell your personal information. In v1, because data is local and no account system is used, FieldBid generally does not receive your estimate data unless you explicitly contact support and share it.

6. Data Retention

Data remains on your device until you edit or delete it, or remove the App. Device-level backups and restores are controlled by Apple and your iOS settings.

7. Your Choices

  • You can edit or delete estimate and price book data in the App.
  • You can uninstall the App to remove local app data from your device.
  • You can manage subscriptions in Apple ID settings.

8. Security

We design the App to follow reasonable security practices for local data storage. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions are effective once posted in the App or on our website.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is interpreted in line with the laws of Turkey, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.
